Defective Merchandise
All defective merchandise from all manufactures must be returned directly to manufacturer as this is how they choose to deal with product issues. All other defective products can be returned for refund or exchange
Claims for damage due to delivery must be reported within 24 hours of receipt with the assigned carrier
Returned items must be in resale condition, with the original packing material, unopened with all shipped items included
Custom parts and modifications: The effectiveness of a custom modifications are purely a matter of opinion. All of the modifications and upgrades posted and sold by this site are believed to be useful for the intended purpose. We believe the modifications are effective in producing a better result for the application but we can not guarantee satisfaction due to the nature of the hobby and the difference in matter of opinion.

Returns
We will accept merchandise for return that was purchased from Helipross within 7 days of receipt.
The merchandise must be in NEW and unused condition and in its ORIGINAL packaging. Mounting and running fuel through a model engine, mounting and installing a gyro on the helicopter, installing radio parts in a model, starting assembly of kits, installing software or discarding the packing material are some examples of what constitutes used merchandise.
Reimbursements
In case of any return of goods ( Must be agreed in advance). We will refund the payment with the following exceptions:
1. Restocking Fee , May vary between 10-40% , please consult before return.
2. If paid with Credit card or Paypal, the transaction fee +/- 3.5% will be subtracted.
3. Shipping fees- will be subtracted from the total.
